What are the shipping costs?

All orders are shipped at no extra cost.

How will my purchased print be packed?  

All prints are shipped in mailing tubes. When you order multiple prints, each print comes in a seperate tube. Multiple tubes will be put in a larger box.

Can I track my order?

We use Bpost or POSTNL for most countries. All parcels can be tracked.

How long is the delivery time of my purchased print?

Delivery within Europe takes 8-12 Days, the rest of the world 10-14 days. 

What is your return policy?

Prints are custom-made upon orders and each print is purely unique,  therefore they are non-refundable, neither returnable or exchangeable.  If the print has arrived broken or damaged enquire with pictures to frederik@blprecords.be and we will respond.
